The Papilio zelicaon, also known as the Anise swallowtail, ranges across western North America from British Columbia to Baja California and as far east as Nebraska. Its larvae feed on plants in the carrot and citrus families, including fennel, hemlock, and Queen Anne’s Lace. Adults feed on the nectar of various flowers. Its wingspan is 2.5 in (6.4 cm).

Open Edition prints are:
18 × 18 inches (45.7 × 45.7 cm), and
24 × 18 in (61 × 45.7 cm), including a 1.5-inch (3.8 cm) white border on all sides.

Limited Editions of 15 prints with each background are available at 36 × 36 in (91.4 × 91.4 cm), including a 2-inch (5 cm) border on all sides. Limited Edition prints include a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Prints are sold unmounted, carefully protected, rolled and shipped in a sturdy mailing tube.
